These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the LoveAir website (www.loveair.com), our online B2B booking and partner platform, and our business communications channels, including WhatsApp. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

If you access or use the services on behalf of a company, travel agency, or other organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

1. About LoveAir

LoveAir is an online B2B travel platform that offers and arranges travel-related products and services, including holiday packages, flights, hotels, transfers, and additional travel services.

LoveAir operates as an intermediary between its clients, partner agencies, and third-party travel suppliers. It markets packages directly to end clients and through authorised partner agencies. Our registered address is Rruga Mine Peza, Tirane, Albania.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, submitting a booking request, or using any LoveAir service, you confirm that:
  • you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
  • you will use the website and services only for lawful purposes;
  • any information you provide is accurate, current, and complete;
  • if acting on behalf of a business or agency, you are authorised to bind that organisation.

3. Scope of the services

LoveAir provides:

  • travel-related information about destinations, packages, pricing, availability, and promotions;
  • direct communication with clients through website forms, phone, email, and WhatsApp;
  • support for reservations, booking confirmations, reminders, changes, and service updates;
  • partner-agency access to present and sell our packages to their own clients, where offered;
  • an online portal for account-based services, booking management, and customer support.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time without prior notice.

4. Eligibility and permitted use

You may use the services only for lawful business or consumer purposes related to legitimate travel enquiries, bookings, and customer support. In particular, you must:

  • provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times;
  • not impersonate another person or organisation;
  • not misuse our platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access;
  • not use automated tools in a harmful or abusive manner;
  • not use the services to send unlawful, infringing, misleading, harassing, or unsolicited bulk communications;

5. User accounts

Where an account is issued to an agency, it is provided to the agency as a business entity and may only be used by its owner, legal representative, or persons expressly authorised by the agency and accepted by LoveAir.

If you create or use an account, you agree to:

  • not share, disclose, transfer, sell, or assign your login credentials to any third party unless expressly authorised in writing by LoveAir;
  • use the account only for authorised business purposes and in accordance with these Terms;
  • notify LoveAir immediately of any unauthorised access, suspected misuse, or security breach;
  • ensure all account-related information remains accurate and up to date.

The agency or account holder remains fully responsible for all access to and use of the account, including actions taken by any employee, representative, contractor, or other person to whom access has been granted or allowed.

LoveAir reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account without prior notice where it reasonably believes that credentials have been shared with unauthorised third parties, misused, compromised, or used in breach of these Terms.

6. Quotes, packages, pricing, and availability

Travel packages, itineraries, prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change until confirmed in writing. A quote, website listing, or WhatsApp message is not a final booking confirmation unless we expressly confirm the reservation.

LoveAir does not guarantee that:

  • all listed services will remain available;
  • all prices will remain unchanged between the time of enquiry and confirmation;
  • all published information will always be free from errors or omissions.

In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to correct the error and, where necessary, cancel or revise the affected request or booking.

Third-party travel suppliers — including airlines, hotels, transport operators, insurance providers, tour operators, and destination service providers — may impose their own terms, restrictions, cancellation rules, baggage policies, and refund conditions. Those third-party terms apply in addition to these Terms.

7. Booking requests and confirmations

A booking request submitted through our website, platform, partner agencies, or WhatsApp does not create a binding reservation until it has been accepted and confirmed by us or the relevant supplier in writing. We may decline or cancel a request where:

  • availability changes before confirmation;
  • payment is not completed in accordance with applicable conditions;
  • compliance issues or fraud indicators are identified;
  • supplier conditions cannot be met.

You are responsible for reviewing all traveller names, dates, destinations, travel documents, and package details before final confirmation. In particular, you must ensure:

  • traveller names are entered exactly as they appear on the relevant passport or travel document;
  • passport or identification details are correct and valid for the destination and travel dates;
  • dates of birth are correct for all travellers;
  • all other details required to complete the booking are accurate and complete.

LoveAir shall not be liable for any losses, denied boarding, missed connections, failed bookings, additional charges, or cancellations arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent information provided by the user or agency.

8. Payments

Payment timing, accepted methods, deposit requirements, cancellation deadlines, amendment fees, and refund rules depend on the specific travel product and may also depend on third-party supplier policies. All applicable payment conditions should be reviewed carefully before purchase.

Where payments are collected through LoveAir or a connected payment provider, you agree to:

  • provide valid and accurate payment information;
  • confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method;
  • accept any applicable charges, fees, taxes, or supplier conditions connected to the service purchased.

LoveAir reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorised activity. Where a specific package or service has separate commercial terms, those terms prevail for that transaction to the extent of any conflict.

9. Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Cancellation, modification, refund, and no-show policies may vary depending on the travel service, supplier, fare type, or package booked. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • refunds are not guaranteed and depend on supplier policies;
  • cancellation fees may apply and may represent all or part of the booking value;
  • changes may be limited or unavailable after confirmation;
  • no-show penalties may apply in accordance with supplier conditions.

Users are responsible for reviewing the cancellation and refund rules applicable to their specific booking before confirming any reservation.

10. Travel documents and responsibilities

Each traveller is solely responsible for:

  • holding valid passports, visas, permits, or entry documents required for their destination;
  • checking transit and destination entry requirements before travel;
  • meeting applicable health, customs, and immigration conditions;
  • arriving on time for flights, transfers, and all booked services.

LoveAir is not responsible for denied boarding, refused entry, missed departures, or losses caused by a traveller's failure to meet travel requirements or hold the necessary documentation.

11. WhatsApp and other electronic communications

By contacting us or providing your WhatsApp number, you authorise LoveAir, as permitted by applicable law and platform policy, to communicate with you regarding:

  • – responses to your enquiries and requests;
  • – travel package information and follow-up communications;
  • – booking-related confirmations, reminders, and updates;
  • – customer service and post-booking support;
  • – marketing or promotional messages where you have given the required consent or opt-in.

You are responsible for ensuring the phone number or contact details you provide are valid and that you are authorised to receive messages there. Message delivery depends on third-party platforms and network availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery.

You may opt out of non-essential or promotional communications at any time by using the opt-out instructions we provide, or by contacting us directly. Transactional messages necessary to complete or service a booking may still be sent where permitted by law.

WhatsApp services are provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., and their own terms and privacy policies also apply to your use of that service.

12. Partner agencies and B2B use

Where LoveAir allows partner agencies or resellers to use its platform or distribute its packages, the following obligations apply to the partner agency:

  • the agency is responsible for ensuring that its staff, sub-agents, and clients use the services lawfully and in line with these Terms;
  • the agency must provide accurate client and booking information to LoveAir;
  • the agency must obtain all required marketing consents or opt-ins before using WhatsApp or similar channels for promotional outreach through our services;
  • the agency must not misrepresent our prices, package terms, supplier terms, or cancellation conditions to its clients;
  • the agency remains responsible for commission structures, client-facing pricing, and all representations made to its own clients.

LoveAir may suspend or revoke partner access immediately if misuse, compliance risk, non-payment, fraud, or reputational harm is identified.

13. User content and communications

If you submit enquiries, traveller details, documents, or other content through the website, platform, or communications channels, you confirm that:

  • you have the right to submit that information;
  • the information does not violate applicable law or third-party rights;
  • all details submitted are accurate and complete.

You grant LoveAir a limited right to use submitted content only as necessary to provide the requested services, process travel arrangements, communicate with you, and maintain our business records.

14. Intellectual property

All content on the LoveAir website and platform — including text, logos, branding, graphics, layouts, images, portal elements, package descriptions, photographs, documentation, and software — is owned by or licensed to LoveAir and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as necessary to use the services for their intended purpose, you may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, republish, or commercially exploit any part of the website or platform without prior written consent from LoveAir.

15. Third-party services and supplier responsibility

Travel services may be delivered wholly or in part by third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, tour operators, and destination service providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoveAir is not responsible for:

  • independent acts or omissions of third-party suppliers;
  • schedule changes, overbooking, insolvency, or supplier failures;
  • strikes, force majeure events, border restrictions, or visa refusals;
  • weather disruptions, safety incidents, or government-imposed restrictions;

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

16. Compliance and acceptable use

  • communications through WhatsApp or similar channels must respect user consent and applicable anti-spam rules;
  • no unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited bulk messaging is permitted;

19. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LoveAir makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • the continuous availability or uninterrupted operation of the website or platform;
  • the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content or information;
  • the security or error-free operation of the platform or communications channels.

Travel services may be affected by events beyond our control, including airline schedule changes, weather conditions, government restrictions, force majeure events, and supplier actions.

20. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoveAir and its directors, employees, affiliates, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • booking issues, delays, or failures caused by third-party suppliers;
  • travel disruptions, cancellations, or force majeure events;
  • unauthorised access to user accounts resulting from user negligence;
  • technical interruptions, system failures, or loss of data.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amount actually paid to LoveAir for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold LoveAir, its affiliates, employees, partners, and service providers harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • your misuse of the website or services;
  • your breach of these Terms or applicable law;
